Ron Sluik (1961, Enschede) et Reinier Kurpershoek (1959, Amsterdam) ont travaillé ensemble depuis 1982 jusqu'à 2001. Leur coopération a abouti à un grand nombre d'installations vidéos, audio et multimédia mis à l'affiche dans des dizaines d'endroits en Hollande et à l'étranger.
Les œuvres de Sluik se trouvent dans les collections du Stedelijk Museum à Amsterdam et au Centre Pompidou à Paris. depuis 2001 Ron Sluik est conservateur et éditeur au AoRTa Art Centre à Chisinau (Moldavie).

Audio-visual artist, photographer. Born in 1961. Between 1982 and 2001 Sluik has been collaborating with Reinier Kurpershoelk and creating photographic, video and site-specific works aimed at reconstructing the history of the 20th century.
Sluik's works can be found in the collections of Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam and of Centre Pompidou in Paris. Since 2001 Ron Sluik is a curator and publisher at AoRTa Art Centre in Chisinau (Moldavia).
