Summary :
Japan is subject to permanent seismic forces, and yet we find the largest nuclear plants in the world. What impact could have a nuclear incident on the environment in case of earthquake? This is what happened in July 2006, and to hear the authorities of such an incident has no apparent side effects. It attempts to illustrate that so poetic and dark "Caresse Automatique" or the music of Tzii disturbs gradually a docile and disciplined urban landscape. Indeed, failing to challenge the conceptions of civil security issued by the government on nuclear power, the fact remains that many questions remain.
