Summary :
Taking up the myth of Prometheus, the choreographer José BESPROSVANY has only kept its few guiding lines : the relationship between the individual and the group, between prisoners and free men, between the prisoner and a woman. He has therefore staged a situation of alienation, laying the emphasis on the state of being chained... To carry out this construction, the choreographer asked Peter SWINNEN to compose original music on a synthesizer. Using the music and texts, they have created a way of singing thta creates a physical link between the voice and the dancers' particular breathing. This snapshot-like video offers a trace of the creation of the show... Trial and error, experiments, rehearsals, an very unusual approach to the creative process.
