Summary :
We see the artist obsessively writing the words Tito and Tata (which mean Daddy) again and again. Tito, Tata, the similarity in the writing of these two words pushes her to write endlessly. A rhythm settles in, the repetition of the words turns into a sort of graphic ornament, the sound becomes a poem. And to the sound of that poem, which is interwoven with techno music, the artist starts to dance. SOUVENIRS starts with an intimate text that ends with these words : "I remember the observers. How did they observe me ? I remember the framed picture that observed me". And then we hear : "There are two names from the first half of my life that I remember well : Tito and Tata."
