Summary :
The material dates from 1982 to 1984. My first stabs at low band U-matic video were made in collaboration with my grandmother with whom I was living. Everything is shot around Christmas '82,'83 and '84, in what had been her bedroom since 1943. The result is six hours of rushes and about thirty hours of soundtrack. In 88, I receive money from the British Film Institute to make the tape. I use my grandmother's diary and photo albums. I reconstruct her bedroom...
