Summary :
This documentary tells us of the illegal construction project of the European E 7 motorway and of the tunnel of Somport. It shows the inhabitants' reflections and fight against the project, with their very limited legal means of action. That fight is highly symbolic because the motorway is to cross a wild valley in the heart of the Pyrenees, which is the last home for the local bear and was so far protected. It is also the rising of a national and international awareness that many motorway projects threaten local economies and the environment.
