Robert DELPORTE has been Eugène LEROY's pupil, and Eugène LEROY has been Robert DELPORTE's master. But above all, Eugène was Robert's friend : a painter's friendship. Painting made them close. "I would like to touch, simply touch painting once", Eugène LEROY admits. So one day, I offered him to touch Robert's painting. Marina BOURDONCLE and Eugène LEROY's last homage to Robert DELPORTE was shot on the 10th of May, 1999.
