Should the research via the internet not suit, Heure Exquise ! stands available to the program planers, exhibition organizers, curators... to guide them in their selection.

The rental and the sale of copies of the videos of the catalog mainly concern professionals (cultural, educational structures and other associations).

THE MEMBERSHIP

Heure Exquise ! is an association governed by the 1901 Act, all benefits and services are reserved to its members.
Annual membership is 15 Euros.

The membership allows :
- The rental and the purchase of works included in the catalog
- The free viewing of works included in the catalog by appointment in our offices
- The documentation on the authors and their works

Concerning the publication of photos : the title of the video and its author must be mentionned.
So far as possible, thank you to send the catalogs of festivals to get the documentation on the works and their authors completed

THE RENTAL (TEMPORARY DISPOSAL) OF COPY

This service allows to cultural, educational structures and other associations (museums, art centers, schools, universities, training institutions ...) to rent a copy of a work for the no-commercial public screening.

- Each work refers to a rental rate, set by the rights holders and Heure Exquise ! This rate is for a single public no-commercial public screening.
- The displayed rates are net. Heure Exquise ! is not subject to VAT under Article 293 B of the General Tax Code.
- A free and detailed estimate can be sent at simple request.
- Any order must be made in writing, by e-mail, fax or post at the attention to Heure Exquise ! and must specify full details of the applicant and the address of delivery. Please complete the attached form.
- Any request must be sent at least fifteen days before the screening date.
- The come and go shipping costs are at the applicant’s charge.
- Any rental is the subject of an invoicing.
The video works of the catalog of Heure Exquise ! are available in formats: BETA SP, DVD, DV Cam.

THE SALE OF COPY

This service allows to cultural, educational stuctures and other associations (libraries, multimedia centers, resource centers, schools and universities) to acquire "rights attached to support� (ie until support is wear-out) copies of works of the catalog of Heure Exquise !, for individual consultation.

Sorts of sales :
- Sale 1 : Sale to corporate without loan of the copy.
- Sale 2 : Sale to corporate with permission to loan the copy. The displayed rates are net. Heure Exquise ! is not subject to VAT under Article 293 B of the General tax code.

Attention, the purchase of a copy with attached right of consultation and/or individual loan is not equivalent to a right of public screening, even for free, within the walls of your premises.

PROTECTION OF THE WORKS

Heure Exquise ! makes sure that the right of the authors and the integrity of the works they distribute are respected.

The loan, rental, duplication even partial of the copies made available are strictly forbidden.
Any piracy and illegal diffusion of a work distributed by Heure Exquise ! will lead to prosecution.
