"Carnets du sous-sol" by Sylvie Blum and Carmen Castillo - 2011 - 80 min.
"Carnets du sous-sol" is devoted to the return to life of the 33 miners trapped in the depths of the San Jose mine in Chile, for several weeks. Through their privileged links with the local population, Carmen Castillo and Sylvie Blum awaken memories and trauma one year after the disaster. The film shows the reconstruction and the return to real life after the media flood that accompanied their rescue.
